Our Services

Working closely with your Community Manager, we will review your CC&Rs and bylaws to ensure we are managing your election correctly. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ELECTION RULES MUST BE UPDATED AS PER SB323 (2020) FOR US TO PROCEED WITH YOUR ELECTION REQUEST. Once we receive your updated rules and a signed proposal, we will then prepare all necessary documents including your call for candidate forms, a pre-ballot notice, and your assocations official ballot along with voting instructions and the neccessary two envelopes for confidentiality.

We will then collect and check your ballots to ensure they are valid.

We will also:

Issue replacement ballots (extra charge)

Attend your Annual Meeting (either online or in person)

Arrange a reconvened meeting if quorum is not met (at no extra charge)

Open and count your ballots and announce the results

Send your Community Manager a summary of the results to circulate to the community.

We also offer services for CC&R and bylaw amendments, recalls etc. - Please email for further details and costs.

Please note: All deposits are non-refundable and due upon approval of our submitted proposal and the remaining balance is due upon completion of your election.
